PAYNE COUNTY – Three people are deceased after a two-vehicle crash Saturday night in Payne County According to Trooper Ryan Long of the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the crash occurred on South Perkins Road (US177) near the intersection with SH33 outside of Perkins just before 11 p.m.
