I was told not too long ago that I use a lot of slang when I talk. This is something that I’ve never really noticed about myself, but it got me thinking — isn’t all modern language dependent on slang?
The evolution of the spoken word is constant, new words are created and added to the everyday vocabulary while outdated words are forgotten, never to be used in casual conversation again.
